Hiley Automotive Group Acquires Two Moritz Dealerships in Fort Worth

FORT WORTH, Texas (Oct. 7, 2026) – Hiley Automotive Group, a family-owned dealership group founded in 1990, officially announced today that it has acquired Moritz Chevrolet and Moritz Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram on Camp Bowie West Boulevard in Fort Worth. The dealerships will operate as Randy Hiley Chevrolet and Randy Hiley Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, named after the company's founder, Randy Hiley. With the acquisition, Hiley Automotive Group now has 16 locations representing 13 automotive brands across Texas and Alabama.

The two dealerships join five other Hiley locations in the Fort Worth area. This is the group's second acquisition of a family-owned dealership business in two years and its second Chevrolet store, following the 2025 acquisition of Hiley Chevrolet of Rockwall. Many family dealerships are being sold to larger groups. The Hiley family is taking a different path and building a business to carry forward for generations. Randy Hiley began his automotive career in Fort Worth in 1967 and founded Hiley Automotive Group in Arlington with Randy Hiley Mazda Volkswagen in 1990. Naming the two stores for him brings that story back to the city where it began.
